Sessions can be scheduled quickly and easily via the online booking system. It’s normal for life to happen and for plans to change. As such, your session can be easily rescheduled, giving you ultimate flexibility. Tom offers 1:1 personal training, or you can share the cost with a friend and bring them along for a 2:1 session.

Consultations
Book your free hour-long taster session now! This will consist of a 30-minute consultation with a scan on our state-of-the-art Tanita Scales (accurate to within 98% of a dexa scan) and a 30-minute training session.
This is used for you to gauge whether or not you think we would be a good fit working together and to give you a small insight into what we offer and how we operate.
