What are your opening hours?
- Monday to Friday – 06.00-22.00
- Saturday and Sunday – 08.00-17.00
Is parking available?
Yes. We offer onsite parking with dedicated signed spaces and overflow options nearby.
Are facilities accessible?
At Bespoke Fit Life, we welcome everyone. Our ground floor areas can accommodate most accessibility needs and both toilets in Units 1 and 2 are unisex and accessible for disabled people. Please note that some upper floor areas, including the hot desking space, are not currently wheelchair accessible.
What facilities are available for physio?
Physio sessions take place in our dedicated treatment room and within the gym for rehabilitation exercises. You do not need a referral to book.
Do you have showers and changing rooms?
Yes. We have three self-contained shower and changing cubicles. Lockers are available, and members should bring their own padlock. Towels are sold at reception.
What happens in the health lab?
Our health lab offers body composition scanning, strength and power testing, VO2 max assessments and performance consultations. It is used to support both general fitness and high level training goals.
What hygiene measures are in place?
We take hygiene very seriously. Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout the facility, and cleaning sprays and paper towels are also provided to wipe down equipments before and after use. Members are encouraged to bring their own towel. Our team is responsible for daily upkeep, and we also have professional cleaners providing a deep clean of the facility each week.
Do you offer hot and cold therapies?
Our recovery room includes an infrared sauna and an ice bath. Sessions are private and must be booked in advance. Towels and robes can be purchased at reception.
Is the sauna supervised?
You will be shown how everything works, including all safety elements, before your session begins. From there you can enjoy the space privately and at your own pace.
Are there health restrictions for using the sauna or ice bath?
Yes, some conditions may prevent use. Please do let a member of our team know if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
What hot desking facilities are available?
Our collaborative, hot desking space offers comfortable seating for 6 to 8 people, strong WiFi, a kitchenette, fridge, coffee machine and free fruit and healthy snacks. Bookings can be made in advance.
Membership FAQs
What membership options do you offer?
We have four core membership options: Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. We also offer a jiu jitsu club fee for adults and kids. Each tier has specific access levels and sign up benefits.
Is there a joining fee?
No. We do not charge a joining or sing up fee for any membership.
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your membership will stay active until the end of the month you cancel. You can also opt to pause your membership for up to six months for a single £30 fee.
Do you offer discounts?
We are planning to introduce corporate, student, NHS and family discounts at a later stage. Please speak to a member of the team for more information.
Do you offer day passes?
Yes. A day pass costs £12 and gives you access to the gym for the day.
Are classes included in my membership?
Platinum and Gold memberships include full class access. Silver includes one class per week. Bronze includes gym access only. View our membership options here.
Is jiu jitsu included in membership?
Jiu jitsu requires a separate club fee. Class prices are in addition to the membership fee, although club members benefit from reduced class pricing and competition support.
