BOOTCAMPS
Our bootcamp classes are dynamic and intense full body workouts for all abilities. These classes are a fun and sociable way to build strength, endurance and agility in a highly effective workout. Our bootcamps will get your blood pumping and leave you feeling energised.
JIU JITSU
Whether you’re experienced at jujitsu or a complete beginner looking to try something new, we have the class for you. Our club is a friendly and inclusive environment where members come together on the mat to practice the art of jiu jitsu in a supportive community.
MIND AND BODY
Connect your mind and body with our deeply grounding pilates classes. Led by experienced instructors, our classes focus on breathwork and technique to help you feel more aligned within your body. We currently offer pilates, breathwork and ancient yoga classes for all capabilities.
KEY INFORMATION
All of our classes have a capacity of 10 people, aside from pilates where the capacity is 15
Classes are 1 hour long unless states otherwise on the timetable
Classes can be booked up to 12 hours in advance for members and 24 hours in advance for non-members
Class passes are available for £10 a class (£5 for jujitsu club members) or bundles of 5(£47.50), 10 (£90), 20 (£160)
